These terms apply to your use of the Mat Installation website and to quotes and services we provide. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the actual scope, access, materials, or hours differ from what was described. We confirm any change with you before charging.
Scheduling and access
Service times are confirmed in writing or by phone. You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the work site and for ensuring areas are ready for installation, moving, or removal work.
Your property
Our crews handle your furniture and space with care. We carry liability insurance covering our operations. Pre-existing damage, normal wear, and items improperly disclosed are not covered. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon completion of service.
Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellations made on short notice may be subject to a fee to cover reserved crew time.
